White Spirit Thinner is a hydrocarbon-based solvent mainly suitable for the thinning of alkyd / synthetic paints and varnishes, as well as for tool cleaning after the use of compatible products. It offers good solvency for alkyd systems, a moderate evaporation rate for smoother application, and a milder odor compared with stronger solvents such as nitro thinner or acetone.

White Spirit Thinner is used for:

Add the required amount of White Spirit Thinner to the product to be thinned, always following the paint or varnish manufacturer’s instructions. Stir thoroughly until complete homogenization is achieved.

For tool cleaning, immerse or rinse the tools with the solvent and then wipe them with a clean cloth. Allow surfaces to dry sufficiently before the next step of work. Consumption depends on the type and viscosity of the product being thinned, the application method, and the final film requirements.

White Spirit is not recommended for sensitive substrates such as certain plastics or freshly applied water-based acrylic paints. Before use, testing on a small inconspicuous area is recommended.
