It is easily applied, without sagging, and bleeding does not occur with friction.

It can be used as a disinfectant like traditional lime.

Application: On new surfaces it is applied with a roller, a brush, or a gun. On old surfaces, coated with lime in the past, it is recommended to apply with a wide, soft brush.
